Responsibility for the order remains with SHOP COSA until delivery to the customer.

No responsibility is assumed for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation delays, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

An automatic shipping confirmation including tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

Returns

A 14-day return period applies. Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for return, items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.

Upon acceptance, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Food items (e.g. GRANOLA DELLA COSA) are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered.
Returns are accepted in accordance with the return policy.
New orders may be placed separately.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
