Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the SHOP COSA online store.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to place an order. By placing an order, a binding offer to purchase the selected items is submitted.
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order.
Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are charged separately.
Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times and shipping conditions are specified in the Shipping & Returns section.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the goods are received.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract must be submitted via email to contact@shop-cosa.com
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the returned goods are received.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Retention of title
Goods remain the property of SHOP COSA until full payment has been received.
Liability
Liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as liability for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty, remains unaffected.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
